August 22, 2008 – Flock Real Estate Group was ranked 8th among Indy's elite residential brokers by Indianapolis Business Journal in its new 2008 All Star Agent List. The Flocks moved up the list from their 9th place ranking in 2007 and have ranked among Indy's top 20 brokers for the last four years. WTHR Channel 13 recently filmed the Flock Real Estate Group team as they applied their home staging skills to one of their new downtown listings. The subject home was in need of a serious make over both inside and out – as shown by the before and after photos to the right. The Flocks demonstrated how home staging can enhance value and reduce marketing time in a slow market. Within days after staging the home, three competing offers resulted in a quick sale at full list price. Three members of the Flock Real Estate Group team have completed course work and are now certified home staging professionals.
